Monitoring and Prediction Dashboard for Upwelling Based on Climate Indicators in Lake Laut Tawar
Description:
This Dashboard uses an observational approach with time series analysis, involving 2,556 observational data from six climate variables collected from NASA from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2023. The analysis process includes modelling with Vector Autoregressive Moving Average (VARMA) and Vector Autoregressive (VAR) methods, as well as Support Vector Machine (SVM) based classification. The best model is selected based on the smallest Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) value and the assumption of autocorrelation-freeness. Model evaluation uses error metrics such as Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), and Mean Squared Error (MSE). Click the link to use the Dashboard (Here)

The Dynamics of Tuberculosis Transmission at Different Recovery Rates: An SVE3I3R Model-Based Analysis
Description:
The dashboard “TB Transmission Dynamics at Different Recovery Rates: SVE3I3R Model-Based Analysis” is an interactive web application that displays numerical and graphical visualizations of the SVE3I3R compartmental model to illustrate tuberculosis transmission in Indonesia for the period 2023–2030 under various recovery rate scenarios. This dashboard integrally present the scientific background, modeling procedures and assumptions, mathematical structure of the model, as well as simulation results in the form of incidence graphs and the dynamics of each compartment (Susceptible, Vaccinated, Exposed, Infectious, and Recovered) so that users can explore the impact of changes in recovery rates on the achievement of national TB elimination targets, while also making this dashboard a medium for education, policy analysis, and dissemination of evidence-based research results. lick the link to use the Dashboard (Here)
